COMMUNITY MANAGER

When you join InnovationX, you don't just take on a role, you become a part of a community movement shaping the future of Digital, Data and AI transformation across the region. ​​
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join the InnovationX community and help us connect, grow, and inspire. This is a front-facing, ambassador-style role where you'll represent InnovationX with potential partners, venue hosts, sponsors, and our wider community.

Time Commitment:
20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Manager, you will be the voice and face of InnovationX, helping us bring together through communications, collaborations and events.
​
1. Engage with potential partners, sponsors and venue partners to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities.
2. Support us with hosting InnovationX workshops and gatherings. Welcome attendees, thank sponsors & partners, introduce speakers and event host or moderate panel discussions.
3. Represent InnovationX with professionalism at networking events while encouraging potential collaboration.
4. Support marketing campaigns, from content creation to social media strategy and execution. Create visually engaging materials using Canva.
5. Help plan and deliver online and in-person events.
6. Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to keep the programme running smoothly. ​​
You'll be great at this role if you:
1. Have excellent communication and people skills, both written and verbal.
2. Are creative, proactive, and highly organised, with an eye for detail.
3. Have proven experience in community management, marketing, operations or events.
4. Know your way around Canva, Wix and Microsoft 365.
5. Can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
6. Are a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
