DATA SCIENTIST (AI/ML, Image Processing, Agentic AI Workflows)

We are seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML, image processing, and agentic workflows. This role involves designing, training, and deploying machine learning models, building multi-modal AI systems, and developing agent-driven AI solutions for real-world problems.

What are we looking for? ​
1. Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for structured, unstructured, and multimodal data.
2. Develop and apply image processing and computer vision techniques (segmentation, object detection, classification).
3. Research and implement agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for complex problem solving.
4. Collaborate with engineers to deploy models in production environments.
5. Work with large datasets: preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline optimisation.
6. Stay updated with cutting-edge AI research and apply it to real-world projects.
7. Document experiments, present findings, and contribute to internal AI frameworks and libraries.

Required Skills
1. Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data science fundamentals.
2. Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
3. Hands-on expertise in image processing and computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.).
4. Familiarity with LLMs, multi-modal AI, and agentic workflows.
5. Strong data manipulation skills (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL/NoSQL and GraphDB experience.
6. Experience in model deployment (Docker, FastAPI, Flask, MLflow).

Preferred Skills/Qualities​
1. Knowledge of cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
2. Research-oriented mindset with ability to translate cutting-edge papers into applied solutions.
3. Strong mathematical foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
4. Curiosity, creativity, and ability to work in fast-evolving AI landscapes.
